rmulley
I'm having trouble getting good looking reflections on a render. I've played around with the dome light, background and even planted a big wall with an image on it right in front of what I'm trying to reflect in and it's still looking black. Do I need to adjust raytrace bounces or something ? The texture is Vrays polished chrome and I have a plane with an image on it directly opposite but still it just renders like this.... allanjl
You may want to click on the chrome object with the face reverse tool. It may have its face normals reversed. Justin Montoya
Justin Montoya
The built in materials can have some reflection issues depending on the scene. Here is a mirror file you can try with a mirror material that should work for you. mirror.fmz
