Jaakko
Hi! Nvidia Quadro graphic cards seems to be more expensive than their gaming cards. What benefits you get with Quadro cards + V-Ray rendering that justifies the price difference.
Smarttec
None really! - other than they are built to a much higher spec including higher reliability parts and because they are a specified quality get approved for fussy higher end modellers like Solidworks etc... they are built for the requirements of CAD software not gamers... but I don't think you'll have problems with good (sic) GTX cards. etroxel
Most realtime and VR applications require GTX cards, and like Smarttec said, apps like Solidworks and Revit want Quadro cards. It makes things difficult for those of us who ideally need both in the same machine.
Justin Montoya
GTX all the way! FormZ doesn't need Quadro, and any apps that say they do are just trying to sell you something more expensive.
