-andrew-
Hi, SketchUp has a tool that lets you measure something, then enter a dimension, and then you can scale the whole model so that the part you measured is the same length as the dimension you entered. An example is drawing a building freeform without concern of scale. After modeling, you measure the door, and enter 7 feet; it asks if you want to scale the model, and then scales the entire model so that the door (in the new scale) is 7 feet high. Is there an equivalent in FZ? thanks, Andrew
Tech
Hi Andrew, Yes, the Measure tool in formZ does this too: (Just measure the desired part first, enter the desired size, and click Update.) Does that do what you want?
