Kimdo
My office is using formZ version 6.6.2, it was installed in Power Mac now. The software is running with a dongle. As I know this version can be used in both Mac and PC workstation, am I correct? I try to install formZ 6.6.2 64-bit in PC workstation which is running Windows 8.1 Pro. Firstly, I installed the USB dongle, and then formZ. However, formZ is not able to install. I have tried the installation several times, never worked. Can you please help? Is there anything I need to concern during installatio

Kimdo
Will there any installation tutorials of older formZ like version 6.6.2 in the official website? Will the dongle need to upgrade?

Tech
Hi Kimdo, Yes, with the old versions that still use a hardware key, you need to install the Driver for the key first, and then plug in the key so it can properly be linked to its driver. Kimdo
Thanks. I contacted the formZ dealer and she told me that the hardware key driver needed to be updated. After updated, the installation was succeeded.
