FZ8.1 bug: DXF cannot be imported when file name contains european characters like 'ß'.

this is an old but persistent issue with DWG and DXF imports. the generic error also does not really help in diagnosing what's wrong. please fix it once for all... ;-)

Please, please add other languages support besides English. Cyrillic letters would be just great. I can`t neither name layers (and read imported from Autocad) nor open files who`s path contains any letters other than latin. There are no other major app developer does this.

Yes, we have reported the issue to the developers of the translator plugins.  They have not been as responsive as we (you and us) would like, but we have sent a reminder so hopefully this can be resolved in the not too distant future.
