Tech Posted March 2, 2015 Share Posted March 2, 2015 Hi Beyond, If you are able to render the file fine on one computer but not another, what are the specifications of the 2 computers? Are you using the 32 or 64 bit version of formZ on the computer where you are not able to render? And if you Uninstall and Reinstall formZ 8.0.2 64 bit on this computer, can you then render the file there? If you are still having trouble, please send the file so we can test with it here. Tech Posted March 2, 2015 Share Posted March 2, 2015 Dear Beyond, Sorry, we are not sure if we understand. Is this the specs of the computer where it does not work? What are the specifications of the other computer, and how much RAM does it use on the computer where it does work? And have you tried Uninstalling (disabling virus detection) and Reinstalling to see if that fixes the problem? If you are still having trouble, please send the file so we can test with it here. beyondyong Posted March 2, 2015 Author Share Posted March 2, 2015 in render server computer specifications: win8.1 64bit, intel i3, 8gb ram, amd radeon r9 280x. in render client computer specification: win8.1 64bit, amd athlon 64x2 dual 3800+, 4GB ram, geforce gt240. i try reinstall formz already, os also reinstall already. but the problem still got.
