DennisA
I know fmz is working on a converter to import sketchup files. FMZ pro can bring in earlier versions of sketchup. You need to have SketchUp 2014 to export to an earlier versions as it seems you no longer have a choice to download earlier version from their 3D warehouse site. AHTOH
only 32 bit FormZ on Windows can import Sketch Up. Also FormZ 7 does. You may ask support a download link to use it as temporary solution. At least for all v7 users are left this option.
Tech
Hi All, We now have a SKP import plugin available for formZ 8, and we will be posting a test version of this later this week. Until then, Import the file using formZ v6 or v7, save, and then open the file in v8.

Tech
Hi Zorgloub, Thanks for pointing out this issue. In general it is best to use file names and paths using standard roman alpha / numeric characters, but we will see if characters with accents can be supported in the future. We have also released the SKP 2015 plugin for formZ 8 (Pro and Jr) users for OS X. More info on this can be found here: http://forums.formz.com/index.php?/topic/187-skp-import-for-formz-8-pro-and-jr-for-os-x-users/
