Tech
Hi Pkcn, Sorry you are having trouble. Please email the FMZ file to support@formz.com along with a screen capture (or verbal description) showing the area that is causing the crash and we will investigate and report back ASAP. pkcn
Here is the screen capture; i'am using Autocad2016 (saving file in dwg2013 format).
Tech
Hi Pkcn, There shouldn't inherently be anything wrong with using certain snaps, options, or file formats by themselves. Did you email the FMZ file so we can test it and get you some answers?
pkcn
"I am not permitted to upload this kind of file". I have seen that it occurs only when the dwg corresponding layer, is ghosted and when I enable the option in the snap option panel. The crash is even before I try to snap... Tech
If the file is small enough and you ZIP it first you should be able to upload it here. Or as we suggested originally, if you can send it to Support@formz.com we can take a look at your file whether you zip it or not (and keep it confidential).
