Spacer Posted February 12, 2016 Share Posted February 12, 2016 Hi, It's a drag to have to spin my model each time I want to extend a face to another which isn't visible at current view. I find myself doing this all the time. couldn't there be an option where with ALT on or something, a hidden face appears as the target plane to Extend to when I hover over it? I realise that if there a lot of superimposed objects, the problem would be how this function would offer the right one, but maybe?... see picture. thanks! (Note that we do have a specific Suggestions Forum set up for such suggestions if you want to post these there --but no need to double-post this now.) Not sure if it is easier than spinning the view, but if you Pre Pick the face by clicking on 2 edges in the Wire Frame Display, you can then get the Extend Tool and extend to the other face if you want...
