dalestic Posted October 16, 2015 Share Posted October 16, 2015 Can't find my doors and windows...I am a begginner on form z..i completed a project after 3week, was about to render and submit when I descovered my doors/windows are gone..i will be totally disappointed in "form z"if this problem doesnt get solved in time,cos its going to cost me alot....placing windows/doors the second time is not an option.thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Tech Posted October 16, 2015 Share Posted October 16, 2015 Dear Dalestic, In order to be able to use the Doors and Windows -- or other Predefined Components and Windows, you need to maintain the folder structure for your formZ folder: That is, the formZ 8 folder needs to contain both the "formZ 8 Pro" Application folder, AND the Materials and Component folders. If you do not have these folders, and can't find them from your original download, you can download everything again from here: Professional: http://www.formz.com/products/formz/update/formz_85_Pro.html Student: http://www.formz.com/products/formz/update/formz_8_SE.htmlDoes this allow you to access the additional resources that are included with formZ? If that's not the issue, it is also possible that you have turned off the Layers on which the Components have been defined.
