Shibui Design Posted September 21, 2015 Share Posted September 21, 2015 Hello. I've experienced persistent problems exporting geometry from FMZ Layout since V7. Attached is the latest comparison. Using FormZ Pro 8.5, making a layout project and then exporting as .dwg. Importing into VectorWorks 2015. This is happening on regular occasion. If you Check for Update, does that solve the problem for you? If not, please send your FMZ and FML files to support@formz.com so we can look into this further. Tech Posted September 22, 2015 Share Posted September 22, 2015 Hi Env, Thanks for posting your file and the report, we will get this corrected.In the Export DWG options, try setting the Export Method : Plain Objects : Smooth : As Faceted and select the Faceted radio button instead of Parametric. Tech Posted September 23, 2015 Share Posted September 23, 2015 ENV, Yes, we have detected that there can be errors with the parametric export in some cases.
