FZ802 still, again, forever umlaut issues with DWG import....

sorry for the rant, but i don't know why this issue can't be fixed once for all? do we have to report this issue for almost every release of FZ?

 

autodessys, please fix the problem which makes FZ not import any DWG with umlaut characters (and i guess many other european characters) in the file names...

see screenshot which is self explanatory.

 

 

temporarily fixed by renaming the filename of course, but this is not an option if you have to do this always!

Hi Markus,

 

Unfortunately this issue exists with the DWG Translator library which we license.  We have reported this issue to them so hopefully it can be resolved (again) in the not to distant future...
