If you are in an axonometric view (helps to place objects in scene without switching views), V-ray will automatically switch you to 3-Point perspective on render. Makes sense, as that is how its camera renders. This means your camera is effectively placed 1000s of yards / meters away, and you get anomalies like below. Your project is not corrupt!
