DanM
Is it possible to create animation loops in FormZ? An animation loop is a short animation sequence that I can repeat several times without key-framing repeatedly the motion. In dedicated animation programs there's loop tool that allows me to frame pick keyframes and loop them over time. In less sophisticated programs I can simply copy and paste keyframes. Couldn't find it Form-Z and I can't understand what happens when I copy and paste keyframes in FormZ. Dan
Tech
Hi Dan, Does the Repeat (Normal) command from the Animation Editor do what you want? Please see the Bouncing Ball tutorial for more details, and let us know if you have any further questions. http://www.formz.com/manuals/formZ85/Animation/!SSL!/WebHelp/21720_Animate_a_Bouncing_Ball.html
DanM
It worked well for simple X movement but it crashed when I tried to do the same for a scaled object. Dan
Tech
Hi Dan, We tested this here and it is working properly for us. If you repeat your steps and can repeat the problem, can you send a part of the file where adding the repeat causes the crash so we can investigate this here? Tech
Hi Dan, This is working fine for us here. Are you just right clicking on these Key Frames and choosing Track Options -- and then adding Repeat Normal -- or is something else causing this problem? Attached is our file after adding this. Is that what you wanted? animation crash.zip

Tech
Hi Dan, Sorry, we are confused. Are you able to reproduce the issue -- or is everything working properly for you now?
