Component Explode does not work with pre pick

When I pre pick component, select Component Explode tool I`m getting this message:

So, having a plenty of components within project am I supposed to pick them one by one? Or it is a bug?

Hi Anton,

 

In order to get that message, you must be selecting something other than a Component.  If you check the Pick Options: Selection Tab, does it indicate that only component(s) are selected?

 

Do you perhaps have Unlock Groups or Unlock Components checked from the Edit Menu?

 

Or if you want to explode all components, just get the Explode Component tool, Select All, and click in the screen.

 

If you need further help, please post a simple file where you are having the issue so we can take a look.
