Tech Posted January 23, 2016 Share Posted January 23, 2016 Hi Charles, Sorry you are having trouble. We had one case with 8.5.0 where this would occur, and this was fixed with 8.5.0.2. Have you updated to 8.5.0.2 yet, and if not, does that fix it for you? If you have updated and are still encountering the issue, please set your file exactly as you want to print it, save it, and send your file to support@formz.com so we can help. Is this different from 8.5.0.2, and if so where can I find it. When I invoke "check for updates" from help menu I get a "check for update failed" message. Tech Posted January 25, 2016 Share Posted January 25, 2016 Hi Charles, Check your Help Menu: About formZ. It should note the exact version of formZ 8.5 that you have. If this is not 8.5.0.2, then you need to update. The Help Menu: Check for Update command is the typical way to do this, but if you are getting the Update Check Failed message, then either your network or your firewall is blocking formZ from connecting directly. If you can not adjust this to allow formZ to connect, then you can also download the update from here: www.formz.com/update (Make sure to follow the instructions on that page.) Does that help?
