Tech Posted January 7, 2016 Share Posted January 7, 2016 Hi Peder, If you are allowing formZ to connect to the internet (ie, if you can choose Help: Check for Updates, or Register and get a message other than it failed), you have a current version of Flash installed, and if you can view videos on YouTube, then this should show videos in formZ directly. Peder Posted January 7, 2016 Author Share Posted January 7, 2016 OK. Yes thank you. Apparently I have everything I need and now the video is playing nicely. I believe it may be caused by the fact that there isnt a video for the X-skin tool. I hadnt watched any other films and thus a black window appeared when attempting to watch that particular instruction. After looking at a few other videos now when I click the video for that tool it just opens the last film I watched. A bit confusing but sorted now.
