d_b
Hello, I've searched the forum, as well as the manual, but I haven't been able to find an answer yet. I just upgraded to Ver. 8 pro from 6.7. When I open up one of my Ver 6.7 files in Ver 8, I have to find and select each individual symbol library file that's in the 6.7 file. It doesn't matter if I've already created a component list of the symbol library file. I have a couple of absolute file search paths listed to the Symbol Library folder and to the Component Library folder (where there's an additional copy of the symbol library files). Am I missing something? Or does Ver 8 not recognize .zlb files when searching folders? Anybody else experience this? thanks, db
Tech
Hi DB, The Search Paths are for Image files (and not old ZLB Library files). You can either put the library file in the same folder as the .FMZ file, or just locate it the first time you open an old .fmz file.
d_b
Thanks! Completely forgot about putting the model file in the same folder as the library files. -db
