New file create an object and select the option C-Round, manipulate the edges of the object. when finished the object is no longer selectable to move. Save the file the object is selectable again. then... create another new object in the same file, use the C-Round option on that new object and finish the rounding. the new object is again not selectable, but the first object you can move and manipulate freely with the C-Round option.
