Apparently accessing Windows Dark mode is not as easy as it is on Mac, though Windows 11 does make this easier, so it might be a Windows 11 only option I would guess, kind of like newer Mac OS. FWIW, even SketchUp doesn't have a proper dark mode and they have a ton more resources to create it. For now I simply use a dark grey background style in both programs to give my eyes some relief.
