Light fixture modeling help

I am in a time crunch and need some help either modeling this for me or advising me on the best method for creating these lights.  I am not particularly good at modeling soft objects like these.

3Dsky has a model of this light but it is too small.  It needs to be the larger version.

Then there is this nightmare of a model to create:It is from Ngala trading co. and the website isn't even functioning.  This needs to be 48" wide by 43" high.  Strips of leather, if you can imagine that.
