Steve003 Posted May 18, 2016 Share Posted May 18, 2016 Hi, I have created a coloured ruler on a model, red 1 feet intervals, blue 6 inch intervals, black 1 inches, but upon import, the rectangle within which these lines sit is filled with a surface, in fact two, takes two selections and deletions to get rid of it, then whats left is just black lines, no text and no coloured divisions, making my ruler useless, How do I keep the text and colours ? Rhino3D used for the model creation. I browse to the 3dm file for import. Am I missing a seting, I choose faceted, as Rhino is not parametric. dwg export/import wrecks surfaces and creates them where they shouldnt be so not an option.
