ritacardosodelemos Posted November 22, 2015 Author Share Posted November 22, 2015 when i try to import it shows this message ''Error reading DWG file "KYM SCHOOL - CLIMA HÚMIDO.dwg Problem/Cause :Can't open file ID = 48:1:32:2102 [DWG (32)]'' and when i try to open one filed created from another trial version it says it's only able to open files created from the same trial version... Tech Posted November 23, 2015 Share Posted November 23, 2015 Hi Rita, On some systems we have seen issues with agents in DWG file names (and we have reported this to the company that makes the DWG translator so it can be fixed). If you rename your file without accents, does that help? And if not, please email the file to support@formz.com so we can take a look.
