Smarttec Posted April 29, 2015 Share Posted April 29, 2015 I came across an online cloud based rendering offering from www.lagoa.com this outfit has developed a realtime rendering engine in the cloud. It looks like a bunch of CAD and design / rendering apps are appearing as cloud based services are becoming more powerful with GPU based services becoming available. This one you try for free as well and it has an api for interfacing directly to it. Autodesk liked it so much they bought the company in November, but I understand there are others coming using nVidia ARC - iRay ( www.migenius.com ) and a rumour of Vray as a Saas service.
