HenriqueLobo Posted April 7, 2015 Share Posted April 7, 2015 I did know files originated with the trial version would only open on the computer that created them. Knowing that, I didn't start a project until I got my registration code, a few days back. After completing my project I had to transfer the file to another computer and that's when I stumbled upon a problem, the file won't load my project, it shows a blank canvas. This has happened on every computer I tried to open it. Could it be a Mac/Windows compatibility thing? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Tech Posted April 7, 2015 Share Posted April 7, 2015 Hi Henrique, Welcome to the forum. There should not be any Mac / Windows issue with transferring files. They should open across both platforms without issues. If you are having any trouble, please send the FMZ and FZB files to support@formz.com so we can take a look and see what we can do to help.
