Tech Posted March 20, 2015 Share Posted March 20, 2015 You certainly can use a line light as we discussed via email, but that will add a fair bit to the render time, whereas using a transparent glowing object, or a "gobo map" (or perhaps even adding the effect in photoshop) can be as effective but faster... Clarissa Posted March 20, 2015 Share Posted March 20, 2015 Here is the way I will do that. If you want the glow to be bigger, I will add a grow transparency map to cheat it.
