When only the IGES format shows its a indicator that the formZ plugins are not loading. There are two causes for this.

1. The plugins folder is missing from your installation. Please check that the /Program Files/formZ 8/formZ 8.6 Pro 64/plugins/ folder exists. In this folder you should have a number of folders that contain .fzp files (formZ plugins). If this is missing you can reinstall your 8.6 pro from here. In fact we noticed that you are not using the lasses 8.6 so please install the latest from here: http://www.formz.com/products/formz/update/formz_86_Update.html

2. formZ does not know how to find the plugins. This is controlled by the Search Paths accessed in the Extensions Manager dialog (extension menu). This is a list of where formZ looks for plugins. Please add /Program Files/formZ 8/formZ 8.6 Pro 64/plugins/ in the search paths and re-start. If this does not work, the final step its to reset your preferences by deleting the file "formZ Previous8.fpo" in /Users/<user name>/AppData/Roaming/autodessys/ while formZ is NOT running.

We hope this helps!

Hello Ztech

Thanks for your reply. my plugins folder is fine. I reset the preference and FormZ coming back as usual. then I upgrade the application only, the 160 mb version. So i got v8.6.03 (build 10053) along side with the previous one v8.6.0 (build 9981).
