A few things to check:

1. First, check the Maxwell for formZ plugin log for errrors. Extensions > Maxwell Render > Log.

2. Check to make sure Maxwell is still licensed properly on your machine (see the Next Limit documentation for RLM).

3. Make sure you have persmissions to write to that location.

4. Try saving somewhere inside your 'Documents' folder

79    *ERROR*         EditObjectAttributes Object:        Object 1 3 Copy 2[ERR]

This object was most likely imported from Sketchup. Sometimes Sketchup objects come into formZ with bad texture UVs; this is most likely the issue here.

Try using formZ's 'Map Texture' tool on the object to fix the problem. If that does not work, ghost the object so it is not considered by the plugin.
