This training session builds upon the material from “form•Z Essentials 101” and extends your 3D modeling skills further by building more complex objects utilizing additive and subtractive modeling techniques such as booleans, slicing, surface splitting, stitching and un-stitching. You ‘ll also learn how to derive, offset, and thicken objects allowing you to build from your existing geometry. This class shows you how to extend parts of objects to other objects to ensure proper alignment, placing objects along a path, and placing objects on other objects. Other areas of study include line/curve editing, rounding, underlays, stairs, roofs, and terrains. After completion of this class you should have comprehensive knowledge of numerous additional concepts necessary to create more complex objects for your projects.
