v10 Material Parameters and disable keyboard on selected tools

•Double-clicking on a material in the 'Materials' palette should open it in the 'Material Parameters' palette. 

• I never want it off but I keep unwittingly toggling off the 'extend to boundary' checkbox on the offset segment tool, I believe because of the shortcuts I use to navigate. Similar issue with T-Form tools, I keep accidentally toggling between the different settings for the number of copies and direction to reference plane. I wish I could disable keyboard shortcuts for selected tools.
