Please add ability to replace/add icon graphics

Hi,

I just thought of it, formZ should allow a super easy way to "upload" a new tool icon (with pixel parameters like 128x128) and then it shows up that way from then on. The ability to customize those completely would be amazing.

People could then share the best ones and then formZ would slowly crowd design itself new icons.
