I've found that clicking on another screen (Chrome) and back seems to get it going again. As does clicking the FILE context menu... Tests we can run? Is everyone on a Mac or are there PC users as well. I am osx 10.13.6. Unlike Justin and Jaakko, I am not able to get shortcuts back with out a restart.
