Upgrade paid, not received.

Hi,

I upgraded to formZ 8.6 Pro the 21 NOV 2018 06:06:27.

I have not yet received it. I know it says "Allow up to 1 business day for digital delivery", but its now soon 3 days and I really need it!

I haven't received reply via email either.

Anyone know what could be the reason?

I'd hazard a guess that thanksgiving in the US might have had something to do with it..

Probably nobody in the Zoffice

Yes we were closed on Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving, however your upgrade license information was sent via email on Wednesday the 21st. We are sorry that you have not received this.
