AC1000
Just learned that if you have Vray for Sketchup in same machine, you have to uninstall it properly (licence servers and then whole plugin). Then after installing Vray / FormZ you'll get Vray / Sketchup installation right.
Tech
We have been working with V-Ray for multiple products on the same machine during the development of V-Ray for formZ and we have not experienced this problem with any of them. What version of V-Ray for SU are you using? Are your V-Ray licenses all in the same chaosgroup.com account? Are you on OS X or Windows?
AC1000
Hi! Platform: OSX Sketchup 2018: V-Ray for SketchUp 3.60.01Build: 1655 Date: Nov 14 2017 V-Ray NeUI Version: 1.1.0 Build: 1655 Date: Nov 14 2017 V-Ray Core Version: 3.60.03 V-Ray AppSDK Version: 1.22.00 FormZ 8.6 WIP 10017 : Build: 1159 Date: Jan 29 2018 V-Ray Core: 3.60.04 V-Ray AppSDK:1.24.00 Licences are in the same account. Sketchup licence works with dongle. I had following problems: When I installed latest vrlservice_osx_4.5.1.bin.dmg the older vrlservice started to run and wanted to reinstall. It was really messy experience. Then I uninstalled all Vray related material with uninstall programs. After that I deleted Chaos Group folder. Then new vrlservice installation, Vray for FormZ installation and finally Vray for SU. Thats it.
