drop beginning and end of NURBS curves

I think I mentioned something like this ages ago, however, would like to do so again.


I would like the options to drop the beginning and ends of what is drawn as NURBS curses (meshes too)

where the beginning and ends would be at where the second point and second to last point have the most effect.

as well as, consider those points as snapping for point snap.


reason for this is the beginning and end points are weighted to 100% and thusly changes the flow of the curve.

where, if planning ahead, one can add two extra points in the controls that don't display in the final curve.
