Texture/bump maps are flipping on "inside" faces"

When I apply a bump texture to the outside of an object, it works normally.


However, I'm finding that if I cut through the object (e.g. to make a hallway), the maps "reverse".

Not sure what's causing this... and couldn't figure out how to flip it. I looked at reversing face direction but that didn't work.


In this example, the top is correct and the inside is reversed.


Any help appreciated!
