Cannot change object size

Recommended Posts

Hi, I have been trying to change the size of a cylinder to 10.2mm but it reverts to 10.000mm every time, if I change it to 10.5mm it changes the size automatically to 11mm, where is the setting for this please?

When I was trying to change the size the program crashed.

You can use the pic tool you have selected. Go th the tool options and select Parameters as I show in the attached screen shots.

Hope this helps,

Joe

Hi Dtech.

Go to File -> Project Settings -> Working Units and change Numeric accuracy to 0,1 mm. You have it set to 1 mm so FormZ changes it to closest value.

Enjoy.

Hi Dtech,

Yes, as Anton notes, reduce the Unit Accuracy (and / or the Data Scale) from the File: Project Settings: Working Units.

We are not sure why you would encounter a crash trying to change the value as you describe.  If you reboot your computer, can you still reproduce the problem?

If so, can you post the file and let us know exactly how you are trying to change the value so we can test this here?
