Andy 127 Posted May 24, 2016 Hi Lab, for a recent work I place maxwell MXS trees to terrain faces with the place tool in Z 8.5.4 and I must back save to v7 for randoimizer with the v7 plug in and then reopen to v Z 8.5.4. Andy 127 Posted May 24, 2016 I don't use the maxwell scatter modifier because the terrain don't cut in houses and roads parts. I place the mxs trees and manually delete the excess trees. Andrea. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
pylon 288 Posted May 24, 2016 In formZ 8, there's the Surface Scatter tool in formZ, as well as the LAB Paint Objects plugin. For Maxwell Scatter, you could separate the terrain, or use a grayscale map to control distribution density: Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
