Whenever i draw and snap on those imported files FormZ draws the objects on the basic reference plane which is often far away from the original plans. Tech Posted April 19, 2016 Share Posted April 19, 2016 Hi Ingo, In the Snap Options Palette, you can choose Project Onto Reference Plane (or not). Does unchecking that option give you what you want? (In some cases, it may be easier to move each floor plan to the XY Reference Plane, build everything there, and then move it back up into place. You might try this if your plans are very complex, and / or it takes a long time to draw everything for each plane individually.) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
