jsiggia
Years ago we had issues relating to the resolution of these images and subsequent resizing in the program. This was fixed eventually. Now I seem to be having problems again. Measuring one dimension is spot on (diagonal) after resizing with the measure tool, but a horizontal reading is off. I'm using .gif images (maybe I should stick with tiffs or jpgs) Is anyone else experiencing a similar situation? Thanks everyone, Joe
Tech
Hi Joe, The Measure - Update scaling will only scale proportionally. Are you sure your image has the proper proportions?
jsiggia
Never had to check this before, not quite sure I understand your question. Thanks, Joe
Tech
Hi Joe, If the image measures properly in X but not Y, then likely the image proportions have been "squished" and may need to be adjusted back to the proper proportions using a program like Photoshop? Or you could make a rectangle with the desired proportions, and map the image to that...
jsiggia
That would be a first for me but I'll check when I get home. Thanks.
