gwertz
I've been reading a little on High Poly to Low Poly conversion. Does FormZ have this feature? If so, is there a process to follow?
Tech
Hi Gwertz, If you have Smooth objects, you can simply adjust their Display Resolution to change their Facetted Representation by picking the object(s), going to the Attributes Tab of the Pick Options, and changing the Basic Attributes to Display Resolution. For Facetted objects, there is a Reduce Mesh tool (on the Meshes tool row) that allows you to simplify objects, but it will result in non-planar surfaces, so you will likely also want to Triangulate the object after it has been Reduced. It is not as good as building the model at the desired resolution in the first place, but it can help.
