Yes, on Windows, you can enable RPC by going to the Extensions Menu: Extensions Manager, scroll to the bottom of the list, and check the 6 RPC plugins. Then relaunch, and the tools will be added to the Modeling Tool Palette. The documentation is located in the formZ Application folder: Plugins: RPC folder. Is that what you need?
