I've been trying to reach them for a long time now but haven't been lucky. This thread was an attempt to get their attention and also to check with the formZ community to see if it's an isolated event or something that everyone is experiencing. All current Family Plan members have support included - so I'd be calling them about it - if this is the case and you have poor or no responses. All Family Plan members go to the top of the queue for support. That being said there is a lot of activity with the updated v8.6 coming out and V-Ray at the moment.
