Is anyone else having trouble getting answers from support@formz.com? 

 

I've been trying to reach them for a long time now but haven't been lucky. I started a thread long ago about my issue and was asked to continue the conversation via emails but now I'm not getting any replies.

 I am just guessing but I think they have a lot on their plates right now trying to get the new releases out.  They are very focused on the latest version of Z and the integration of V-ray.   Once that is out I hope that the response times improve.

I sent one on the weekend re: licensing issue, but haven't heard back yet.  I assume they're busy...will try another email.

Nada -- it's really frustrating. I sent them 5 email in a span of 5 weeks but haven't received any replies yet. This thread was an attempt to get their attention and also to check with the formZ community to see if it's an isolated event or something that everyone is experiencing.

Are you guys member of the Annual Family Plan? - which is the 12 months Support program.

I'm surprised....

 

All current Family Plan members have support included - so I'd be calling them about it - if this is the case and you have poor or no responses. All Family Plan members go to the top of the queue for support. That being said there is a lot of activity with the updated v8.6 coming out and V-Ray  at the moment.

I hope ADS holds good reputation for its excellent speedy support. Perhaps they put efforts to V-Ray integration, but sill.

Pick up the phone and call support if you can.  Especially if you have a family plan and are paying for that added support.  

 

I also was waiting on a bunch of feedback, and found out they have had some computer and email issues.  Should be good now?
