Andre,

 

I'm surprised....

 

All current Family Plan members have support included - so I'd be calling them about it - if this is the case and you have poor or no responses. All Family Plan members go to the top of the queue for support. That being said there is a lot of activity with the updated v8.6 coming out and V-Ray  at the moment.
