build 9945 win64

Is it possible to keep framebuffer window on top. upon render or initiation of  interactive Render it disappears and you have to go find it. Especialy in the case of interactive when you are navigating the scene

It should be staying on top. We did have an issue with this that was fixed but we can not be sure exactly when that was adjusted, You are not using the latest so that could be it. We just resent you the details on ten latest update again. Please let us know if this resolves the issue for you or not. We are also close to the next update so look for that early this week!
