Guest seasdes
I am about to start a project that will have 10 x 3 bedroom, two storey townhouses on a site that will have approx 2 metres of fall. I am not sure how many different floor plans will be used in this project. I have three questions: Will Form Z be able to handle this type of project: and Will having this many buildings on the site affect the speed of operation of FormZ. Are there any FormZ tips that other users have before I embark on this project Thanks for your time.
Tech
Yes, formZ should be able to handle this type of project without an issue. Here are a few things to remember: • Keep scale in mind when creating details. Don't include objects like doorknobs and crown moldings when creating something large scale. If it is necessary, only do so for the necessary views that you will be rendering. • Keep the Display Resolution of smooth geometry to 0% • Use components when repeating the same object a number of times. For example, if you use the same chair 20 times in the file, make sure this chair is a component. • Keep the size (resolution and file size) of your imported textures small. • Use the Object Doctor at regular intervals of your modeling. It's easier to fix a few issues multiple times than it is to fix ALL the issues at once Happy Modeling!
