Hello,

The frame tool allows you only circle section (with choosing the resolution).

It will be nice to have choice beetween different sections (triangle, square or any polygonal shape, choosing the number of side).

Ok, it is allways possible to use other tool, such as "sweep along path" but frame tool is very quick end easier to use.

Thks

Hi Pkcn,

This is something that we are investigating for the future.  However, if you have an irregular object whose corners are not perpendicular -- how would you automatically resolve the intersections at these corners for a triangular (or other) cross section?

Hi FZ,

Sure, I admit that is not allways easy to automate everything; I think about , let say, an orthogonal shape, even triangulated, and a square section. It will be so easy to build some carpentry works with one clic!

Hi Tech and Pkcn.

May I suggest spheres in the connection points.

Best,

Anton.
