DMclean
I come across this from time to time and am never sure why. Wonder if anyone else has seen it. Had imported a bunch of OBJ items into a model. Several of the pieces are "joined", several are not. They imported that way and I hadn't separated them yet. Grabbed several of them and was transforming the bunch (moving, rotating, etc... Somewhere along the line during one of the rotates I think a huge number of guidelines got created. They can't be deleted by selecting them, are quite persistent, and unfortunately snapable. Sometimes I can get rid of them by switching between Display types, sometimes by restarting formZ they will disappear, and sometimes it requires both. Not a consistent problem or anything, just weird. Wonder if anyone else has seen it and has a surefire way of getting rid of them without restarting formZ? Thanks, Doug
Tech
Hi Doug, We have not heard of that before, but if you don't need guide snaps, you could just disable them, and all the guides will all be hidden -- but you certainly shouldn't have to do that... If you find a way to reproduce this, definitely let us know so we can investigate it and get it addressed.
