Would it be possible or interesting to have some sort of semi automatic 3D printing plugins?
I am thinking about things like dovetail joints, pegs hinges etc. With possibility to set up tolerances between the parts. I know it can be done manually but how great would it be to have for instance a slice tool or a version of the extend tool with a parametric join option? Bringing the concept of the unfolding tool up to date with current prototyping tech?

It would be a feature to set FZ apart from the competition!

Different build materials have different tolerances for the same class of fit you desire. New materials are arriving almost monthly (Shapeways has a stretchy material). This would have to allow for some input from the user.

Just thinking from the hip here...
