Does the Maxwell plugin support animated textures, like quicktime movies etc?

It is not possible at present. We will contact AutoDesSys what can be done to make this possible in the future.

Thank you. This would be a big for deal for FormZ as a serious animation package.

Hi Pylon

Would it be possible to achieve this, by converting .mov frames to individual image files, when generating the .mxm frames for rendering?

That would be fine, but the formZ SDK does not currently provide access to the frame buffer that should be used for rendering in each frame. We have requested this function of ADS. (As well as support for image sequences.)

Any development regarding this?
